Ann-Marie has a number of years’ experience in the area of administration and customer service. Whilst in Sydney she worked in well-known organisations such as Sydney University and TAFE NSW which is the leading provider of vocational education and training in Australia. During this time, she provided exceptional, advanced and complex administrative support for Executives, Management Team, Faculty Director’s and Employees at all levels.
She also spent some time in the Course Creation Team at TAFE which involved the creation of courses for online application for Sydney TAFE. This was an extremely detail-orientated and fast-paced role which she took on with great care and attention to detail.
Since returning from Australia she has enjoyed her new role as Office Administrator with HW Planning where she takes pride in her customer service and organisational skills and can implement some of administrative knowledge from overseas.
